In OberView lingo, a "task" is the name for the tile which links you to a service. This is the basic building block of everything inside OberView. Use this form to request that a new task be created. If you're not sure what information is required in a given field, please refer to the OberView Guide for Publishers.

All tasks in OberView must either be single sign-on (SSO) enabled or must not require a login. If the task you want to add requires a login but is not yet SSO-enabled, contact CIT to discuss the timeline for integrating it into the campus SSO.

All tasks submitted for approval go through a review process. Once you submit a task for approval, a CIT staff member will review your new task or task change, add an icon, and publish it to the campus. If, for some reason, the task does not meet minimum standards for OberView, a CIT staff member will contact you to make changes.
